Adult discipleship classes

We recognize that every believer is on a unique spiritual journey. Our goal at SVEFC for our adult discipleship classes is to build a strong Christian foundation, encourage spiritual growth, and foster relationships within the body of believers. New Adult Discipleship Classes will begin Thursday, September 14, 2017.  More information will be available soon!

  • Spiritual Disciplines

Dinner/Dessert for 8 is a great way to connect and make friends.  New groups form often, so it is never too late to join!  If you would like more information on how to connect in a D48 group click here.

Ministry to Men

We believe that strong men create a strong Church. Our men's ministry, "Body Builders", exists to do three things for the men in our church and in our community:

CONNECT:    "No man is an island". We grow strong men by creating an environment of community and support. Beyond the pressures of life, it's important for men to just be men, and have fun with other men in a healthy and uplifting atmosphere.

GROW:   You can't build muscle by being stagnant. As men, we help each other grow and develop our spiritual muscles to become true men of God.

SERVE:  Strength is worthless unless it's used. Helping others is how we outwardly display our strength - physically and spiritually.
